To reset your user name and password, follow the instructions below.  You may also find it helpful to review this video, which shows the steps for account recovery.

If you have forgotten your password:

• Click the blue Forgot your password? link.
• Enter your username.
• Click the Continue button.

If you have forgotten your username:

• Click the Forgot your username? link.
• Enter the recovery email address.
• Click the Continue button.
